Location – must be resident in Ikeja: Lagos
Work : Monday to Saturday.
Work time: 7:30am -6pm
Few Job Discription;
This role will provide company secretarial and administrative support to the Global Group of Company Sunsidiaries.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitate the smooth running of subsidiary companies board and board committee activities, where applicable, by helping the CEO to set agendas, preparing papers and distributing these papers to the boards and its committees;
Attending such meetings and preparing and taking minutes hereof for timely distribution;
Ensuring compliance with all statutory filings (e.g Tax forms, Annual Returns) and any other filings to be made with Companies House;
Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Nigeria, Uk ans US Companies Act, Listing, Disclosure & Transparency Rules and other requirements relevant to Investec and its subsidiary companies;
Maintenance of Investec plc and subsidiary companies terms of reference and policies as appropriate,
General administrative support to the department when required.
