Watch Discussion between Uber driver and the passenger. The driver is literally harassing his client for not greeting him. Most Uber Drivers in Nigeria carry out their anger on the passenger. @uber charges the driver 25% while @taxify charge 15% hence when you order from @Uber app the driver is hostile. however, Uber has more passengers hence many drivers still use Uber than @taxify. My concern is how the attitude of some company staff or partners kill the brand because of their own selfish gain. Secondly, Nigerian can be so confusing that all you see is harassment everywhere. Companies harass customers that they are supposed to be serving. It is only in Nigeria I hear that an individual will threaten their customer. Lol! In the same vein, it is in Nigeria that people will call customer care line of a company and start Raining curses and give a death threat to the person picking the call failing to realize that that person too has his or her #right. You can be arrested in a developed country for harassment. In Nigeria, all goes! This trend has to be corrected. Everyone has their right; Customers and Service provider or company and things must be done with #humanright in perspective. I shouldn’t use my own right to infringe on your own. If I have disagreements, I must show maturity in resolving it. Some will say that method doesn’t work but it is the two wrong that has made Nigeria corruption capital of the world. Everyone has their right and it must be protected by all. Protect your neighbour right Today because it may be your own right that will be threatened tomorrow. Do the right thing always with a clear conscience with God and not even Man. Let God be able to vouch that you did the right thing because humans can be manipulated.
